Both rapés were on the milder side than normal, but still good, and I feel relaxed, happy the week is over.
Connection was very calming, but Samauma was truly profound and sent me into a deep meditation that lasted, to the extent that I barely wanted to leave it. A wonderful end to my week.
7 Ervas brought a very deep meditation and a true blessing to my day. Connection also brought peace. I'm so blessed to be working with this sacred plant medicine.
It was another mellow meditation for today. Samauma was nice and calming, but just much milder than mormal. I suspect it's because my mind is so very calm and clear today. I've learned to forgive and surrender, and it's giving me such peace.
I tried Connection for the first time in a while, and it's still on the mild side, but brought a nice peace. Samauma was extremely strong and gave a wonderful and very positive end to my busy day.
I decided to go for something a little milder this morning, with two now lesser-used rapés. Both were fine, but the meditation was a little bit on the subtle side.
Connection was surprisingly quite decent in this ceremony - it's a bit hit and miss. Gratitude was profound and very grounding, but I had mind-chatter, but to my busy day.
Putanny is such a good rapé and one of my classics. I'm so grateful for all my blessings.

It was a good meditation and very relaxing.
I decided to do Extremes in the right nostril this time. Connection was mild but a little calming, but Extremos was profound and gave a deep connected meditation.
A wonderful meditation with a fantastic aftereffect. Connection was mild, but the right-nostril combination was quite profound and brought connectedness and peace, albeit with spitting caused by rapé stuck in my throat.
This was somehow more than the sum of its parts. The rapés were subtle, even Madre, but the meditation was calm and I'm happy.

The Connection brought a nice peace that was deepened by Warrior. A little subdued, but it set the tone quite nicely.

It was a bit of a strange meditation, but not in a bad way. Connection brought peace, and Iban brought happiness and joy, with a somewhat deep meditation in which I really felt my chakras, and it lasted a while. Some mind-chatter, but again, not in such a bad way. I'm so happy this morning!
Tarzan brought a very deep and loving meditation, in which I felt one with the universe and deep gratitude. The meditation video stopped, hence the interruption, which was bad, but it was a lovely ceremony.
A pleasant early morning meditation. It was a little mild, but just what I needed this morning.
The left nostril was expectedly mild, but brought a lovely sense of calm. The Corda Tsunu helped me activate my chakras, going into a somewhat deep meditation full of hope and knowing for the future.
Connection was surprisingly mild for this time in the morning, but brought about an underlying peace, which was nice. Pau Mulata was also a little mild (I could have done a little more), but it was a really pleasant ceremony that brought peace and love.
Again, Connection brought a profound sense of peace and grounding. Corda Tsunu was amazing, and I activated my chakras. Some dark mind chatter, but I filled it with love and light, and I feel better after this ceremony.
What a lovely early morning ceremony! The Connection was a little milder than before, but Mulata filled my whole body with love and hope, in a lasting meditation.
I really can't stop single the praises of Connection as an early morning rapé. It brings a profound sense of calm and deep connection. I have tried Warrior Princesse for a while, and it's truly amazing also.
The Connection had a delayed effect, but when it kicked it, it was profound, bringing a very deep sense of love, light and hope - an excellent early morning blend. Putanny was also amazing, and I feel much better, with a clearer mind.
I absolutely love Corda Tsunu. It brought a very profound sensation of absolute peace and hope. The meditation was long-lasting.
The left nostril was a little mild, in spite of the quanity, but I felt very calm. Putanny delivered a wonderful loving meditation.

A pleasant and calming meditation straight from the get-go. I did a shorter than normal meditation, but it was better and more profound.
I tried sitting on a chair on my bedroom for the first time, as opposed to sitting cross-legged on my bed. It's definitely more comfortable and I'll likely continue this. Less effort. The meditation was somewhat deep. I'm struggling today to get really deep - strange energies!
The Connection immediately brought about a profound meditation and the Cumaru (as always) was absolutely amazing. This was about as deep a ceremony as I'm comfortable going into at this time in the morning, but it really worked and was incredible! (I'm glad I put the heating down beforehand!)
THe 7 Plantas the Connection the left nostril brought about a very calming sensation, but I was surprising about the mildness of Tornado in the right nostril. Maybe more of it is needed to bring about that profound meditation it normally brings. I feel great now though!
This one really helped clear my mind and I feel fantastic afterwards - really relaxed!
Surprisingly a rather mild meditation, but pleasant. Just a generally good day today and I feel good. This got the chakras activated nicely, and I love my new noise-reducing headphones for the great meditation sounds.
It was a second ceremony, so a little mild, despite the rapé quantities, but it quieted my mind more and send made me more relaxed.
I've become a little but cautious of mixing Uricuri with other varieties, but it worked with Connection quite well! Even the mixture rapé in the left nostril started me off with a pleasant calming sensation. Overall good.
A nice second ceremony in a sequence. It brought me further into a state of relaxation, although was mild.
A milder experience, as expected, but well complementing the previous ceremony. It cleared my mind a little more, which was pleasing.
Okay so the Zenergy mixed with Connection in the left nostril was really nice! I started feeling my pineal gland really quickly, with a tingling feeling up there. The Putanny deepened the meditation tremendously. A lovely ceremony!
The Connection blend is little hit-and-miss, and it did give a delayed feeling of relaxation which was short-lived. The Uricuri expanded on it and gave a decent meditation.
The Ascend was surprisingly a beautiful Rapé on this occasion, bringing deep grounding and a sense of connection. The right-nostril Connection was less so, but still nice. I purposely took smaller dosages and did a longer intention before taking the right nostril, due to some trepidation with overdoing it in these morning ceremonies.
I paired up the two "lesser Warriors" (in my humble opinion) in the left hand and let the Connection rapé carry me to new heights in the right nostril, giving a wonderful ceremony overall. The aftereffects were good, if a little subdued.
This was a truly amazing experience, and I continue to be generally impressed with my mixture rapé. A wonderful lasting aftereffect resulted. An almost perfect ceremony that set me up for the entire day!
The Connection variety was a little bit rough going in, but the Putanny delivered a lovely spiritual experience with a nice aftereffect. The insense in the room helped a lot.
A subtle experience, which was surprising, given the varieties used. Connection is a little bit hit and miss (though normally good), but surprisingly the Warrior didn't give more. Some mind-chatter in the aftereffect.
