A surprisingly very mild meditation. Ayoasca was the mildest I've known it, and Fire was surprisingly a bit mellow too. Relaxing though.

Both rapés were really deep. Overall, the meditation lacked something, but it's the start of a lovely peaceful day ahead.

It's just a lovely bright, hot, summer morning and I feel joyous and at peace. This meditation reminded me that the body and the earth itself always seeks a state of equilibrium, and there's nothing to be fearful of. At all.

Onca was so very profound and it cleared my mind, bringing me into a state of love and acceptance. It was also a beautiful right-nostril combination of Fire and Fortitude. A slightly emotionally difficult morning, but this cleared it.

Mulata brought deep peace and love. The right nostril combination was surprisingly a little milder, but overall a lovely meditation.

Such a wonderful meditation. Fire was still strong, and Mulata with Mulateiro was a wonderful combination bringing great depth and love. Amazing!

I tried a new rapé from Shnuff.co.uk, Katukina Fire. It's a light grey blend with a smooth earthy aroma. It was a little on the milder side, as surprisingly was (my new sachet of) Iban, but I can't really judge them from this, as today I'm so relaxed, as it's a bright happy day and so calm and positive.
