On 29/04/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Katukina: Fire, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Corda Tsunu. The room had a temperature of 19.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "The Great Awakening - 3D to 5D Consciousness - 432 Hz + 963 Hz - Manifest Miracles - With RAIN".
This was a much needed meditation to calm my mind and centre my energies, and I feel good.

A bit rushed, but Fire is such a profound blend, and it brough such happiness and peace.

Fire was a little bit on the milder side in this one, which was surprising. A peaceful meditation though.

Such a wonderful meditation. Fire was still strong, and Mulata with Mulateiro was a wonderful combination bringing great depth and love. Amazing!

The room had a temperature of 16.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage along with 6 insense sticks. I tried a new rapé from Shnuff.co.uk, Katukina Fire. It's a light grey blend with a smooth earthy aroma. It was a little on the milder side, as surprisingly was (my new sachet of) Iban, but I can't really judge them from this, as today I'm so relaxed, as it's a bright happy day and so calm and positive.
