On 12/07/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Katukina: Focus, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Cabolco: Kanaro. The room had a temperature of 24.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. It was a loving and calming meditation, with just some mild mind-chatter - nothing negative. It's a bright future.

I used a new soundtrack that uses Rife scalar waves. Very interesting and I'll try again many times. Such a wonderful meditation overall.

I tried the fifth and last of my Shnuff.co.uk rapés, Focus. It's a dark grey blend and smells very strong. It has the hint of being quite a forceful rapé, a bit like Jopo, and brought quiet and peace. Murici was, as always, very profound. A wonderful start to my Wednesday and I feel so blessed and like in another world.
