A now rare afternoon ceremony, and starting with Nexus, which I rarely have these days, but Svadhisthana brought such peace.

I struggled to activate my upper chakras, but the Mulata really activated my lower chakras, and it sent me into a deep state of peace and meditation. I feel it's going to be a good day, and I feel great. It was strangely very warm, in spite of the temperature!

I did a somewhat larger amount of Ambil beforehand, but brought about a deep peace and focus. Hoska again was extremely mild and only aided by the Ambil. The right nostril was very pleasant. Overall, it was a great meditation and one that I didn't want to leave. A ceremony that was more than the sum of its parts and really relaxing and spiritual.
