I first got this as a free sample from the wonderful katukina.com, and was so impressed that I bought more. It's especially potent early morning, but no matter the time of day, it's a delicate yet potent variety that brings deep connectedness.

A nice meditation although a bit of mild mind-chatter and a little on the mellow side. I feel good though.

This was a good meditation, with this version of Parica that I very rarely have. Very pleasant.

It was okay, but all a bit rushed. I felt peace though.

A lovely meditation, just with some minor mind-chatter. A peaceful but busy day and a truly blessed end to it.

This was a rather mild meditation, especially from Jungle Magic, but surprisingly also Parica to some extent. I guess I'm just so relaxed to day anyway.

Two Katukina rapés brought a lovely peace during a busy day.

Two amazing Katukina rapés that really cleared my mind from my busy day. So deep and beautiful.

The room had a temperature of 25.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. Despite some rapé in my throat and burping, it was a very deep meditation and what a blessed peaceful day.

The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. There was something strangely lacking in this meditation and it was a little quick, but the rapés were really pleasant, especially Parica. I nice end to my weekend.

Although some burping and mind-chatter, it was a relaxing and connected meditation and I feel very grounded and positive.

It's been a while since I've had this Parica, and it's truly amazing - one of my favourites. It brought deep calm and love.

These rapés were truly gorgeous. Some mind-chatter, but a lovely sensation of calm and hope.

It was a little on the mild side, but very peaceful and quiet. It's generally a calm happy day.

Suave Luz really is very mild - too mild, but the right-nostril combination was lovely and peace - very profound. This was just what I needed after a hectic day.

A surprisingly good meditation for this time in the morning. Extremes is a really good idea for the left nostril, setting the stage perfectly, bringing deep love and calm.

An interesting right-nostril combination of two excellent rapés. It was a deep and relaxing meditation and my energy is really high.

It was a slightly subdued meditation, and it's awfully warm in here, but it was relaxing and really cleared my mind. It's going to be a good day!

The room had a temperature of 19.0°C and I smudged it with sage. Mulateiro was surprisingly very mild, despite being a good rapé. I guess it's just because it's so early in the morning. Parica was nice and potent, but it was a subdued meditation overall. I feel good though and my mind is mostly cleared.

Why was this meditation all so very mild? Some nice calmness, but just so subtle!

This was a pleasant ceremony, but lots and lots of leg-shaking!! Some mind-chatter too, but I actually feel really good, and it worked to centre me.

The left-nostril combination brought a wonderful sense of well-being and calm. Tarzan was a little on the mild side, but today is going to be such a good day, with the sun shining bright and everything in the world just as it should be.

What a superb ceremony. The Mulata and Corda Tsunu was a beautiful combination, and brought profound peace and love. This was just what I needed, and it really centered me.

The room had a temperature of 24.5°C and I smudged it with Spirit Walker Sage Smudge Purification Spray. The rapés were mild in this ceremony. The cold at I have the moment isn't helping at all, but I had a nice sense of calm throughout.

On 11/05/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Katukina: Armour, and in the right nostril, a very small amount of Katukina: Parica combined with a moderate amount of Cabolco: Parika. The room had a temperature of 23.0°C and I smudged it with Spirit Walker Sage Smudge Purification Spray. Armour was a little mild and very tobacco-ish, but the Parica/Parika combination was really nice. It centered me very pleasantly.

On 28/04/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Katukina: Parica, and in the right nostril, a small amount of Yawanawa: Cocoa combined with a moderate amount of Cabolco: Aya. The room had a temperature of 21.5°C and I smudged it with Spirit Walker Sage Smudge Purification Spray. This was a subdued meditation for some reason, in which I failed to really activate my chakras. The Parika brought a pleasant calming sensation, but the right nostril was mild.

The room had a temperature of 20.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. A really pleasant ceremony, and I felt and feel at peace, sending love to the world.

This meditation was all a little too subdued. I wouldn't judge Parica too harshly though as a right-nostril blend, because this time in the evenin is a little tricky.

Deep healing power.".

This was all a little bit on the mild side, but nevertheless I felt deeply calm. It's a really good day, and I feel deep gratitude.

Parica had a delayed but then mounting calmness to it. I even felt totally at peace and feeling deep love in the blessings before the meditation. Iban brought total connectedness with all that is. A little mind-chatter, but not too offputting. Lovely.

I went as deep as I could seemingly at this time in the day. Parica is a good rapé, bringing peace, albeit a little on the subdied side. Corda Tsunu brought love and blessings.

It was a peaceful meditation full of love and light. A little mind-chatter though.

It's a pity I have so little of Parica (it being a free sample from Katukina.com, but I'll get more in my next order. Warrrior Heart was also great - it being an excellent early morning rapé. This ceremony really calmed my busy mind after a wet and cold morning.

I tried two of my new rapés, Parica and Moy (the Yawanawa version of it), and both were excellent. Both are probably right nostril rapés, and I really need to experiment more with them to get the most out of them. This meditation was a little mild, but I felt completely at peace.
