Okay, so I think mixing the the Cumaru varieties together in the left nostril is really best for the right nostril. It brought about an extremely profound experience, but too early! I still had the Uricuri in the right nostril to do, and it was offputting for it. I had to turn down the heat and delay the intention for it (as I've learnt to do, for precaution's sake. It was a pleasant ceremony, but would have been so much better had I done it the other way round.

On 26/11/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of my mixture rapeh, and in the right nostril, a standard amount of Kaxinawa: Cumaru. The room had a temperature of 24.0°C and I smudged it with Indigo: Palo Santo Hydrolat. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".
The mixture in the left nostril was deeply meditative and the Cumaru brought about a relaxing meditation.

I got little from the left nostril, but Cumuru always delivers a wonderful meditation.

On 17/11/2020, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a moderate amount of Kaxinawa: Cumaru, and in the right nostril, a standard amount of Kaxinawa: Uricuri. The room had a temperature of 21.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo along with 2 incense sticks. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !". It was number 2 in a back-to-back sequence of ceremonies.
A mild but calming ceremony, following immediately from the previous one. As these second ceremonies often do, it supplemented the first, and really cleared my mind. Very nice.

The room had a temperature of 25.5°C and I smudged it with Indigo: Palo Santo Hydrolat. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "999Hz Shamanic Healing Meditation Music. Soul Ritual purification. Deep healing power.".
A very good ceremony. My rapé mixture gave a good grounding effect, and it was well complemented by the Cumaru. The Kaxinawa tribe are really great rapé-blenders, and this was an absolutely lovely ceremony!
