A very nice and calming end-of-day ceremony after a busy day. A little bit of mind-chatter, but this was just what I needed.

On 09/02/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Alfavaca da Mata, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Yawanawa: Dieta. The room had a temperature of 22.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "999Hz Shamanic Healing Meditation Music. Soul Ritual purification. Deep healing power.".
I'm loving this Alfavaca da Mata, as it's really quite potent. Overall a very good ceremony, although some mind-chatter. I'm just relaxed and happy.

I decided to give Alfavaca da Mata a chance to shine as the star of this ceremony, and it really did! It was a peaceful and loving meditation and I really like this rapé.

On 23/01/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Alfavaca da Mata, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Puyanawa: Madre. The room had a temperature of 17.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".
I tried another of my new rapés, Alfavaca da Mata. It's quite a dark aromatic blend, but somewhat earthy. Very well made, and I'm very impressed. It brought a deep calming sensation that lasted, without mucus. It really balanced my energies, and it's wonderful. Madre continued the calm sensation throughout, and it was a good morning meditation.
