This meditation was more than the sum of its parts. Both rapés were a little on the subtle side, but after my soundbath meditation today in the Bluecoat Chambers, I feel so at rest and at ease.

Such a deep and calming meditation. I feel so blessed and ready for my quiet day.

Mapacho Tsunu was actually the best I've known it to date, bringing peace. Overall a mellow meditation, but I feel positive.

Some rapé stuck in my throat at the start, but then things settled. Deep breathing brought wonders to the depth of this meditation, and I feel so calm today.

i tried two of my new rapés from Rapee.shop. Both are gray and earth aromatic, with a somewhat potent aroma. The first, another of their chakra collection, Manipura, was deeply calming. Sansara, by Kuntanawa, is also deep. I can't wait to work more with them, and I feel calm and happy.
