On 22/06/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Nukini: Core, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Nukini: Jaguar. The room had a temperature of 20.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "144,000 hz octave (7.5 hz theta binaural beat) Tune into the energy of 144,000".
Core was mild, but Jaguar bourght peace. A lovely end to a bright summer afternoon.

On 09/06/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Nukini: Core, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Corda Tsunu. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. Core was actually better here, bringing peace, and Corda Tsunu was profound. A lovely end to my weekend again.

Core was actually calming, although still a little mild. I tried two rapés in the right nostril that I don't often have these days, and they brought deep peace. I'm happy!

I tried the four of my new rapés from Shnuff.co.uk, Core. By far the mildest so far. It's mid-gray and smells like tobacco. I wouldn't judge it too harshly yet, as Cumaru was also on the milder side, and today is such a relaxing and calm day, but we'll see.
