This rapeh lives up to its name - very potent - but also so loving and grounding. It has a very aromatic aroma and is light grey. Another lovely offering from shnuff.co.uk that brings so much peace and gratitude.

On 08/05/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Yawanawa: Tsunu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Shawandawa: Fortitude. The room had a temperature of 22.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "THE MYSTERY OF BEING | HEALING MUSIC".
Just what I needed to calm my mind and centre my energies. Tsunu continues to be suddenly very rough and potent. Good though. Fortitude was really deep too. A good start to my blessed day.

Some mild mind-chatter, but overall a loving peaceful meditation that's fill me with love and hope. Life is amazing and the world is fine.

I decided to give Fortitude a chance in the right nostril, and it was amazing. Some mild mind-chatter, but overall positive, and I feel so calm and at peace.

I tried another of my new rapés from Shnuff.co.uk, Fortitude. It's a light grey and very aromatic blend, and seemingly strong! A good one, I can tell. The ceremony brought peace and it's been a wonderful time off for Easter.
