Both rapés were very deep and loving, especially Fortitude. It'll be a blessed and peaceful day ahead.

A bit of anxiety this afternoon, but this meditation helped me centre myself again. Fortitude is a beautiful rapé.

Misto was the mildest I've ever known it, but Fortitude brought deep calm.

What a relaxing and deep meditation to start my day. I'm so relaxed.

A peaceful meditation and lovely start to my weekend.

Fortitude was very profound again. This is truly an amazingly loving and grounding rapé. I feel fantastic.

A calming meditation, and I feel positive for my day. This cleared my thoughts nicely.

The room had a temperature of 20.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. Fortitude was so profound and Jatoba was lovely. Quite mucussy, but a deep meditation.

Such a deep and calming meditation. I feel so blessed and ready for my quiet day.

A really loving meditation. Some mind-chatter at times, but nothing overwhelming. I'm looking to my blessed Saturday and weekend.

I had a lot of rapé in the right nostril, and it caused quite a lot of mucus, but when I settled, it was a gorgeous and loving meditation

A very, veryy rushed meditation, but also very, very deep, and I'm grateful.

On 05/10/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Shamanic Snuff: Ayahuasca Shamanic, and in the right nostril, a standard amount of Katukina: Focus combined with a very small amount of Shawandawa: Fortitude. The room had a temperature of 17.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Scalar Waves Advanced Healing Program Multiple Rife Freq 787 / 800 / 5000 /10000 Hz & Solfeggio 528".

I used a new soundtrack that uses Rife scalar waves. Very interesting and I'll try again many times. Such a wonderful meditation overall.

The room had a temperature of 17.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Light Codes 432hz - DNA Activation - Silver Light Portal - Pleiadian Sound Healing".

Onca was so very profound and it cleared my mind, bringing me into a state of love and acceptance. It was also a beautiful right-nostril combination of Fire and Fortitude. A slightly emotionally difficult morning, but this cleared it.

On 08/09/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Kaxinawa: Tsunu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Shawandawa: Fortitude. The room had a temperature of 22.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Light Codes 432hz - DNA Activation - Silver Light Portal - Pleiadian Sound Healing".

I added a new soundtrack bringing 432hz light codes into my soul, and it's truly incredible. This will quickly become one of my favourite, no doubt. The meditation was calm and loving.

A deep mediation and a wonderful combination of Fortitude and Sansara brought peace.

I just feel so quiet of mind, happy and at ease today. I've said it before, but really, a turning point in my life. This meditation was deep and wonderful.

It was another deeply contemplative meditation. Fortitude was so profound, and took some of the potency away from Corda Tsunu, but I felt at ease, knowing I can manifest my own reality and future. I will, and a positive and loving one.

A peaceful ceremony with two nice rapés, especially Fortidude, and I actually feel amazing.

Just what I needed to calm my mind and centre my energies. Tsunu continues to be suddenly very rough and potent. Good though. Fortitude was really deep too. A good start to my blessed day.

I decided to give Fortitude a chance in the right nostril, and it was amazing. Some mild mind-chatter, but overall positive, and I feel so calm and at peace.

I tried another of my new rapés from Shnuff.co.uk, Fortitude. It's a light grey and very aromatic blend, and seemingly strong! A good one, I can tell. The ceremony brought peace and it's been a wonderful time off for Easter.
