Fortitude brought such profound peace straight away, clearing my mind of all worries and bringing such peacefulness. Resolve continued though, although it was quite rough. I feel hopeful and am finding happiness.

Onca was so very profound and it cleared my mind, bringing me into a state of love and acceptance. It was also a beautiful right-nostril combination of Fire and Fortitude. A slightly emotionally difficult morning, but this cleared it.

On 08/05/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Yawanawa: Tsunu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Shawandawa: Fortitude. The room had a temperature of 22.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. Just what I needed to calm my mind and centre my energies. Tsunu continues to be suddenly very rough and potent. Good though. Fortitude was really deep too. A good start to my blessed day.
