On 18/06/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Shawandawa: Fortitude, and in the right nostril, a standard amount of Yawanawa: Samauma combined with a very small amount of Yawanawa: Vynya. The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. Just what I needed to calm my mind and centre my energies. Tsunu continues to be suddenly very rough and potent. Good though. Fortitude was really deep too. A good start to my blessed day.

I tried another of my new rapés from Shnuff.co.uk, Fortitude. It's a light grey and very aromatic blend, and seemingly strong! A good one, I can tell. The ceremony brought peace and it's been a wonderful time off for Easter.
