On 01/06/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Yawanawa: Vynya. The room had a temperature of 20.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "intuitive" along with sound track "Meditation Music to create an Altered State of Consciousness".

Good rapés, even Mulatero, and Vynya was really loving, but overall the meditation was a little off. My mind isn't the best today.

On 13/04/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, an extremely large amount of Yawanawa: 7 Ervas. The room had a temperature of 19.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo along with 6 insense sticks. I used breathing technique "intuitive" along with sound track "THE MYSTERY OF BEING | HEALING MUSIC".

Just a strange day today - disturbing energies - this helped me to try to overcome them, especially 7 Ervas - very relaxing.

On 16/02/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, an enormous amount of Katukina: Samauma. The room had a temperature of 17.0°C and I smudged it with sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Healing Native American Tribal Chants with Shamanic Drums @432Hz | Meditation Music".

It was a calming meditation from Samauma, although a little on the mellow side. But hey, I'm so at peace right now. This has been a really lovely weekend.

The room had a temperature of 22.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. A lovely meditation, and I feel so blessed and at peace.

A good peaceful ceremony and Jatoba was profound. I feel so good and blessed.

Such a lovely and calming meditation that made me feel so positive and blessed. Mulateiro is probably the best of my Varinawa rapés.

This ceremony was so what I needed to clear my energies and mind. What a blessing.

A wonderful profound meditation, and just what I needed from this Samauma. My mind is cleared. Some burping, but I feel amazing.

A good meditation, if some mind-chatter. It cleared my mind and brought me peace.

Just such a happy meditation, and I feel so positive and wonderful.

A lovely peaceful meditation to end my afternoon. Not incredibly deep, but just very calm, after a lovely bright sunny day. Today has been a blessing.

Kanara really is a wonderfully potent rapé. What a lovely meditation and a lovely day.

Again, one of the best meditation of the past year, and I feel totally mindful, relaxed and present. A true blessing.

Another somewhat mild meditation for today, for some reason. Some mind-chatter. Reasonably calming though.

On 04/07/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Kaxinawa: Canela do Velho. The room had a temperature of 23.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "MIRACLE TONE TRANSFORMATION, 528 hz, Raise Positive Vibrations, Healing & Miracles".

Both rapés were good, especially Canela do Velho. I felt such love and peace. Some mind-chatter, but a nice ceremony.

The room had a temperature of 23.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. A second mild meditation today. It's a peaceful day, but just a little strange, not least with a hangover.

A calming and loving ceremony, but it was far too warm in here!

A lovely deep meditation, but it's a pity it was so rushed.

On 30/01/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Varinawa: Mulatero, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Kuntanawa: Flor de Jarina. The room had a temperature of 18.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

I remember Flor de Jarina being stronger than this, as it was a little on the milder side. Nevertheless, a very calming and loving meditation that was somehow more than the sum of its parts.

On 10/01/2022, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Cabolco: Extremos, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Varinawa: Mulatero. The room had a temperature of 22.0°C and I smudged it with Sea Witch Wisdom: Divination Smudge Mist. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".

This was a really peaceful and profound meditation, full of so much love and optimism. Extremos in particular brought depth straight from the start.

The room had a temperature of 17.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. A generally peaceful meditation, but nothing special. I thought Portal especially would have been stronger, but it's become a little bit of a tricky one.

Actually a really lovely morning meditation. I felt a sense of calm that I rarely feel and I'm just so happy this morning!

In spite of using good rapés, this meditation was far too subtle. I did everything right, but I don't know - I must just be very relaxed this morning anyway. A nice start to the day though.

Some severe leg-shaking throughout, for some reason, but it was a deep and very loving ceremony, where I actually had some nice presence. A good end to the weekend, and I'm seeing glimpses of optimism in my sad situation in life at the moment.

I had a lovely presence in this ceremony and went quite deep. Beautiful!

I tried the third of my new Varinawa rapés, Mulateiro. I assume it's similar in recipe to the Mulata, and it's certainly rich and very potent. During the ceremony, I was strangely a little too conscious of everything though.
