This is (as the time of writing) one of my newer rapehs. It's made by a woman in the tribe, using a variable of their standard recipe with Tsunu. It's a grey blend and my experience of it so far has been profound.

On 26/05/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Gesileu: Traditional Tsunu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 19.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo along with 6 insense sticks. I used breathing technique "intuitive" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".

A lovely peaceful meditation - what a quiet-minded and blessed day it's turned out to be!

On 16/03/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Pau Pereira (gray). The room had a temperature of 16.5°C and I smudged it with sage along with 1 insense sticks. I used breathing technique "intuitive" along with sound track "✧QUANTUM JUMPING BECOME THE MASTER OF YOUR UNIVERSE✧Self Realize| Isochronic Tones Meditation Theta".

Minor discomforts, but a peaceful and loving meditation. Nawashahu was a bit milder than expected, but a lovely meditation overall.

On 01/02/2025, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Nukini: Core, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 17.0°C and I smudged it with sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

It was a rather calming meditation, a little mellow, but this afternoon is so peaceful.

On 02/10/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Trevo Cumaru, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 24.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "**WARNING** SECRET MONK SOUNDS FOR BRAIN & BODY POWER : RETUNES YOUR BRAIN FAST !".

A loving meditation from Nawashahu, and it was much welcome.

On 04/09/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Kaxinawa: Murici. The room had a temperature of 21.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Deep Meditative State | Find Stillness & Inner Peace | 111Hz Frequency Immersive Meditation Music".

This is my fourth day now of feeling complete peace within myself, and long may it continue. I'm so grateful for this deep spiritual turning point in my life. Murici here was so loving, and I feel so at ease and just lovely.

The room had a temperature of 19.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "MIRACLE TONE TRANSFORMATION, 528 hz, Raise Positive Vibrations, Healing & Miracles".

A bit of a milder meditation, but calming.

On 22/05/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Dieta, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 23.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Sandalwood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Deep Meditative State | Find Stillness & Inner Peace | 111Hz Frequency Immersive Meditation Music".

Two rapés I don't normally have of an early morning, and both were truly amazing, bringing peace.

On 04/03/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Katukina.com: Orchid Fever 3,0, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 26.0°C and I smudged it with Sea Witch Wisdom: Spirit Smudge Mist. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "THE MOST POWERFUL FREQUENCY OF THE UNIVERSE - YOU WILL FEEL GOD IN YOUR MIND 999 HZ".

Nawashahu is so loving and profound. A wonderful addition to my day and I feel at peace.

On 09/02/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Samauma. The room had a temperature of 23.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Dragons Blood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "THE MYSTERY OF BEING | HEALING MUSIC".

Both rapés were truly profound and so loving. A nice end to a very tricky and emotional few days, and I now feel positive and so blessed.

On 07/02/2024, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Canela do Velho, and in the right nostril, an enormous amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 25.5°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Dragons Blood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

Just not feeling well today, but this helped to calm my energies.

Such a relaxing and beautiful meditation. I feel so amazing and almost feel like I'm in another world, with such a bright and cheerful outlook.

On 10/12/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Chamba, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 15.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

It was a peaceful and loving meditation, but I expected Nawashahu to be stronger.

On 23/11/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Chamba, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 24.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Dragons Blood. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "Healing Native American Tribal Chants with Shamanic Drums @432Hz | Meditation Music".

A really deep meditation from two such loving rapés. I feel amazing. It's been a very long time since I've tried this sound track, and I should return to it more.

On 11/11/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Cabolco: Tarzan. The room had a temperature of 13.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I don't do Nawashahu nearly as much as I should and I should have it in the right nostril. A lovely deep and very loving meditation.

On 06/08/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a large amount of Rapee.shop: Muladhara. The room had a temperature of 20.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".

Such a happy meditation and a happy quiet day, where my mind is so clear. I've said it before, but Nawashahu is really good!

On 17/07/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Shamanic Snuff: Crystal Vision, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 20.0°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "999Hz Shamanic Healing Meditation Music. Soul Ritual purification. Deep healing power.".

Nawashahu is so deep and loving. Some interruptions, but overall a profound and loving meditation.

On 11/07/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Nukini: Trevo Cumaru. The room had a temperature of 24.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Californian White Sage & Frankincense. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "THE MYSTERY OF BEING | HEALING MUSIC".

There was a little too much mind-chatter and rapé stuck in my throat, but a decent meditation, and I feel nice and calm.

On 16/04/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Canela do Velho, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 17.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "MIRACLE TONE TRANSFORMATION, 528 hz, Raise Positive Vibrations, Healing & Miracles".

This was a nice quiet meditation and it cleared my mind. Canela do Velho was particularly deep.

On 12/03/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Shawandawa: Rawaputu. The room had a temperature of 14.5°C and I smudged it with rosemary and white sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "144,000 hz octave (7.5 hz theta binaural beat) Tune into the energy of 144,000".

It was a nice meditation, and I think this was only the second time I've had Nawashahu, which was calming. Rawaputu was deeper, but overall the meditation was a little on the light side. I feel very calm and positive though.

On 04/02/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Kuntanawa: Apuxuri, and in the right nostril, a very large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu. The room had a temperature of 16.5°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "✧QUANTUM JUMPING BECOME THE MASTER OF YOUR UNIVERSE✧Self Realize| Isochronic Tones Meditation Theta".

For only the second time, I had Nawashahu. It's really quite potent, with a kick to it. I had a lovely calming meditation and my mind is cleared.

On 20/01/2023, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a large amount of Yawanawa: Nawashahu, and in the right nostril, an extremely large amount of Katukina: Samauma. The room had a temperature of 25.0°C and I smudged it with Aromafume: Lavender & Californian White Sage. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "THE MYSTERY OF BEING | HEALING MUSIC".

I tried my new rapé, Nawashahu. It's a grey blend and very potent. I'm so glad I chose it. It immediately brought my mind to attention and quieted it profoundly. Samauma was also profound. Some mind-chatter emerged, but it was such a lovely calming ceremony.
