The rapés were good, but there was just something a little missing with this meditation. Shaneihu is a little bit hit and miss sometimes. I feel really clear of mind now though and it was just what I needed.

This was one of the best recent ceremonies. Shaneihu is truly amazing and sent me into a very deep meditation straight away. It hardly lessened the Cumaru, which was also truly fantastic.

This was a bit of a tricky one, but not too bad. Corda Tsunu was quite rough and caused rapé stuck in my throat, hence the spitting. Just generally peaceful though and I'm very optimistic for the day.

On 22/07/2021, for this ceremony I had in the left nostril a standard amount of Yawanawa: Shaneihu, and in the right nostril, an enormous amount of Nukini: Mulata. The room had a temperature of 28.0°C and I smudged it with Palo Santo. I used breathing technique "3 only" along with sound track "5D Music 999 Hz Oneness Raise Your Vibrational Frequency Nature Music 444Hz Music".
I tried my new rapé, Shaneihu. I'm not sure about it yet, and I definitely need to do more work with it. It has a very pleasant feel to it - maybe a bit limey? Mulata brought a very profound meditation. I was so filled with absolutely optimism and knowing that the dark forces in the world have been defeated. We're just watching the last of this thing play itself out now. Enjoy the show!
