Hapé Hour Guide to Shamanic Snuff

This is a more recent YouTube discovery. It's meant for lucid dreaming, but it has a very uplifting and consistent tone that I absolutely love for early morning rapé ceremonies.

A relatively recent addition to my ceremony sound track library, and I'm so grateful Youtube suggested this. It's a consistent positive tone and is fantastic first thing in the morning.

I was unsure after first using this (and didn't use it for almost a year after), but it grew on me, and its pulsating tones really have a lovely calming effect. It's also an exciting tone and fills me with joy.

At the time of writing, this is my favourite early morning ceremony sound track. It's deep and has a positive effect, with its binaural beats.

This is a truly lovely track, with fantastic relaxing tones. My only criticism of this is that it's inconsistent in volume, but I always make sure to start it at the beginning on the video, so I know what to expect. Nevertheless, it's proved to accompany, on average, my highest quality ceremonies so far!

This track came up in my suggestions list, and I was somehow drawn to it. I'm so glad I discovered it! The main word I'd attach to this sound track is "happy". It fills me with happiness and hope. Admittedly I've got a little more used to it now, so my mind has becomes a little accustomed to it, but I still absolutely love it, and it's currently my early morning staple.

This is an interesting sound track. Scalar waves are fascinating, and in the right mood, this is a really nice accompaniment to a rapé meditation. It's not a melodious as others, but definitely effective.

I discovered this sound track in April 2023 and for a long time it was my staple morning meditation sound for rapé ceremonies. It's different from the others in this list and has a chiming sound. There's something special and sacred about it.

This was a recommendation from the channel JC Kay, and I immediately loved it. It's a multi-faceted track, in the sense that the mood of the tones change intermittently. It's just so lovely and I use it to go deep into meditation.

I love this track because it's so calming. There are no jarring tones at all, and it's very consistent throughout. I use this when I just want a very relaxing ceremony.

This is one of my staple sound tracks to use for rapé ceremonies. It consistently delivers depth and sends me into a deep loving state. It's best to make sure to start it at the beginning in the video, as part way through, it stops and restarts the track - about an hour in.

I like this track, because it's nice and uniform. I used to use it a lot, but a little bit less so now, but this is very good for deep meditation.

A track with binaural beats. I've had nice meditations using this one, but I need to work more with it.

This is a track I really have to be in the mood for, and I rarely use it these days. It's a track based on Tibetan Singing Bowls. Normally I'd recommend these, but I just haven't had much depth with this track. Maybe I need to give it more of a chance.
